Nick has spent the past 30 years in multiple facets of the IT industry and is a Co-Founder and CEO at Covintus. As a dedicated startup accelerator and investor, he has secured $1 million+ in startup seed financing, including more than 50 startup accelerator sponsorships.
Having worked for large organizations such as Owens and Minor and IBM Global Services, in addition to several years of functional and technical consulting, Bawa has successfully served major clients such as the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), NASA, VDOT, and Northrop Grumman, Sealed Air, UPS, and other major clients from government and industry.

When Chris Trebour says that he helped found Covintus because he wants us to, “do cool stuff,” he means serious business. With decades of countless business successes, results-focused leadership, and vision, Chris saw a way to fix a glaring delivery and value problem within the software development industry and Covintus was born.

Brian Flood has been in the business of selecting top technical talent for 18 years, in the process helping to building several world class consulting organizations. He has worked with high tech companies as both an employee, a consultant and a vendor, building lasting relationships every step of the way.
His direct, open and honest style has made deep impacts on both his recruits and his clients. He has worked closely with such organizations as Yahoo!, the NSA, Bloomberg, Microsoft and others as well as a host of companies in high Finance (hedge funds and trading companies).
